This project is really coming along very nicely. I'm on the second coat of poly as of tonight with one coat left to go. Then we'll allow the finish to cure for a day or two and pack up the piece for shipping. The next update for this project will show up in the Gallery with picts of the finished piece.

Ok, the project is just about ready to ship. The woodwork has been stained and a topcoat of polyurethane was applied. We are waiting on a burgandy felt for the inside at the moment. The next update to this project will show up in the Gallery with the finished piece.

This set of doors have been engraved with initials the customer requested. I also incorporated some celtic knots that she liked. Once I sent her a drawing of the plans she requested a couple of minor adjustments and we came up with the design above. This piece is currently being stained and will be ready by the end of the weekend for shipment.

Well it's been some time since I updated the site ! Two reasons for this come to mind. First, I've been real busy working on orders at night and haven't had much spare time to work on the site. Second, and most significant, is that I had to get some new software to work on the site and this required a complete overhaul. Hopefully I have made it much easier to use and navigate ! More updates are planned in the future but my main focus is on just getting up pictures of work as it is completed and hopefully getting plenty of new orders !
